If you have printed anything from Rental Desk you will have noticed that there are two print sub-menus, Navigation Panel and Data Panel, each with their own reports. The Navigation Panel displays print options for the Naviagtion Window in Rental Desk, the Data Panel menu loads up print options for the Data Window.

The captions for the report menus can be changed in the Configuration options within the Report Explorer and the order of the menu items can be changed simply by clicking on then, keeping the mouse down, and dragging to a new position which is then saved.

Below is a table of all the standard reports in Rental Desk, listing where they print from and what they do.


Accounts Book
