Included with the program are a set of instructions on the best way of using the demo and a ten-minute tutorial to get you started.
Downloading Instructions – Internet Explorer
After you click on the download link, if your computer runs Windows XP, look out for the yellow band at the top of the window, and click to allow the download to proceed.
A small Window titled "File Download" will appear with a couple of options.
Click the option "Save this program to your disk" and click OK.
You will then be asked where to save the file – save the file to your Windows Desktop by selecting the "Desktop" item from the drop-down list at the top of the Window.
Downloading Instructions – Other Web Browsers
After you click on the download link above, a small Window should appear, usually with a couple of options.
Click the option which may be called something like "Save this file" and click OK.
You will then be asked where to save the file – save the file to your Windows Desktop by selecting the "Desktop" item from the drop-down list at the top of the Window.
After Downloading
Just double-click the "RentalDeskNXWorkStation.EXE" file that should be on your Windows Desktop.
If you cannot find this file on your Desktop, you will need to find where the RentalDesk demo installer was downloaded to on your hard disk
The best way to do this is to click the Windows "Start" button and choose "Find" or "Search" and look for "RentalDeskNXWorkStation.EXE" on your hard disk.
When the search has completed you should see the "RentalDeskNXWorkStation.EXE" in the search window.
Just double-click the file to start the installation process.

If you have speed problems please be aware:
Virus scanners should never be used with database applications. Make sure that you exclude the rentaldesk directory and its subdirectories from the scan.
