Many Eclipse users purchased the Version 1 Toolbox or some other utilities that were sold separately. Listed below are the programmes that users may already have in their possession that have been updated in a significant way.

Toolbox v.1 Utilities

Address Cleanup  
- support for clearing blank address book entries  
- support for cleaning up people  
 
Consignments  
- the Owner, Type and Barcode drop-down filters are now only populated with entries to whom Consignments are relevant.  
 
Day Viewer  
- Now has an Options menu for key interface features so you no longer need to edit the DayView.ini file to set these  
 
Address Book Viewer  
- Smart Search for Companies and People.  
- People search on FullName, Forename or Surname  
 
Advanced Usage Utility  
- Upgraded to work with Eclipse 2.3  
 
Inflator  
- Exchage Rate mode added for marking up prices  
- Support for Extended Price Schemes added  
 
Six Month Planner  
- Category Filter now optional  
- availability views for "Provisional & Confirmed" or "Confirmed Only" can be selected  
- support for the "Active Higher Statuses" rule implemented  
- you can now ignore consumables  
- you can now show shortages only  
- you can display kit alphabetically or by the user defined orders setup in Eclipse  
- the availability checking code has been made more efficient  
- preferences for many of the above new features are saved for the user

Reports Scheduler  
- support for ODBC connections added  
 
Crystal Report availability checker  
- consumables availability checking bug fixed  
- support for Multi-Company  
 
Reconciler  
- supplied with a suite of batch files to allow easier configuration,  
- stopping, starting, installing and uninstalling.  
- support for Overdue switch in Eclipse  
- more robust Windows Events logging.  
 
Invoice Deleter  
- Eclipse 2.3 users should be using the version included in this Toolbox installation. The upgrade to this build of the Invoice Deleter is in fact carried out during the Eclipse 2.3 upgrade.  
 
Delete Handler  
- you can now just clear a Handlers jobs of a handler reference, rather than having to transfer them to a different handler.  
 
Nominal Codes Assigner  
- Allows you to quickly assign nominal codes to categories or master categories of equipment.  
 
Eclipse SQL Engine  
- now accepts file names passed as commmand line parameters so you could use the Windows Scheduler to run the programme on a regular basis and pass it a list of text files containing the SQL code to process.  
 
Equipment Reassigner  
- both search facilities for equipment types are now upgraded to Smart Search.  
 
Branch Mover  
- now includes the facility to move all your inventory from one branch to another.  
 
Eclipse Translator  
- has not in itself changed, but Eclipse now able to respond to translation edits of the column titles to all database grids.  
 
Eclipse File Manager  
- no longer displays the user of itself among the list active users of Eclipse  
- now gives progress bar feedback during its data upload
