System Reconciliation in Eclipse manages the availability of Consumables (based upon what has been returned) and the Late Returns list.
The first user to log onto Eclipse in a day gets prompted to run the System Reconciliation after 10 minutes.
Depending on the state of your database, the process can take a while to complete, particularly over a busy network.
