Quite often it is desirable to allow some members of your staff access to customer addresses, phone numbers and contacts; however, you don't want to give them any more access to Eclipse and specifying Address Book only access is clearly an expensive use of an Eclipse license. The Short Address Book, is a read only viewer of your Companies database which you can install on PC's without having to have Eclipse installed as well. To assist security, no printing is available, although company addresses can be copied to the Windows "Clipboard" for pasting into other documents.
