The HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Navigator Systems key stores a range of user specific information which sometimes needs editing or deleting. Your support team will advise you when this happens, but if instructed to make a change, this tool is the ideal interface to use.
Right clicking on either the left hand pane's tree view enties or on the right hand pane's list view enties will provide you with the appropriate context menu for editing, adding, deleting etc.
