This utility allows you to "soft-delete" invoices and purchase orders from Jobs in Eclipse. Effectively they are moved to a hidden job with has an internal number of 12 see the Aijobs.jobno field). This means you can always write a report to view the details of these documents if you or your accountant need to.
It is also possible to move Invoices and Purchase Orders to a different job if you have raised them on the wrong one.The only limitation with Invoices is that you cannot move them if they have line entries on them. You will have to delete these first if you want to move such an invoice
The utility comes with a report called Hidden_Accnts.rpt that will allow you to print off your list of soft deleted invoices and orders. The report's name is hardcoded into the programme and it expected to be found in your REPORTS folder.
