This is a fine addon for your Hire Manager The programme's purpose is to help to identify potential problems with forthcoming or current jobs.

1.Un-sent lists – identifies Confirmed equipment list where the Out date has been passed, but NO equipment has been "sent out". Not sending equipment out is problematic in Eclipse because a) early returns are not picked up by the system, and b) the function of the Late Returns page in the Hire Book is lost. There is an option to send out all the equipment on the hire list directly.  
2.Non-Active lists – identifies all equipment lists where items have been sent out but the equipment list has not been set to "Active". Setting an equipment list to "Active" once it has gone is important in Eclipse because early returns are immediately brought back into stock. Again you can set this Status directly from the utility  
3.Qty Mismatch – identifies those equipment lists where the quantity sent out is different to the quantity booked. This may be intentional but it is useful to double check  
4.Category changes – If you re-assign a product to a new category and it has been booked on future jobs, you will need to identify these jobs and re-enter the product if you want this new category to be assigned to its entry on the list. This page identifies the equipment and the lists that you need to do this on, displaying both the old category and the new.  
5.Composite changes – The same principle addressed in (4) above applies to Composites: if you change a definition in the Equipment Book you will need to re-enter on all your future jobs.  
6.No list price - if you have forgotten to assign a Daily Rate to a piece of equipment and just enter the price manually in an equipment list then there will be no "pre-discount" value stored in the database. If your quotes display the pre-discount price then this will need to be addressed. This page picks up all those entries on jobs .  
7.New Equipment – Equipment added on the fly from Popstock is assigned to the New Equipment category. This is fine if you need to get a hire list done quickly, but later on, in your quotes or prep sheets you will want to have this equipment assigned to the correct category. This page identifies the equipment on jobs that is in the New Equipment category
