You cannot remove Handlers directly from Eclipse because they may have many jobs assigned to them and deleting the Handler could result in vital information being lost. This utility allows you to perform a number of useful functions with Handlers to make them more managable:

you can re-assign all the jobs done by a Handler to another Handler

you can just clear all the jobs assigned to a Handler of a handler reference

· you can set a Handler's Active status to False, thereby rendering him or her disabled in the Handler drop down of the Job Book

· you can completely delete a Handler, providing they have no jobs assigned and an Active status of False.
