| a) 'Replace Site on Audit Trail'. With this option the existing entries in the Eclipse Stock Edit page for the donor site are updated to record the receiving site, and a note is entered in the Notes column indicating the originating site.
| b) 'Stock out for donor Site, Stock in for acquiring site'. With this option the original Stock Edit entries for the donor site are left intact and two new records added: i) one Stock Out entry for the donor site with a note, 'Transferred to site [Site Number]'. This has the effect of cancelling out all Stock Edit entries for the donor site; ii) a Stock In Entries for the aquiring site is created with a Qty matching the the source record in the donating site, a note, 'Moved from site [Site Number]'.

| 1. The "Move from Site" selector is disabled when you are moving specific jobs; it simply shows the current site for the job
| 2. The Job selector is disabled when you are moving ALL jobs from one site to another.
| 3. You can only move ALL a Handlers jobs to a specific site
| 4. Sites themselves cannot be deleted, although they can be re-used. When retiring a warehouse you do not need to move all of its jobs to another warehouse - in fact it may suit to keep them intact as a record of the work done from that branch. However, if you wish to use the site ID then it may be advisable to do so.
| 5. After moving all of the inventory from one site to another the may still be jobs that are using this equipment from this site. This information is note automatically transferred to the acquiring site as this may not be useful logistically. Instead you can print a report of all the jobs that are using equipment from the donor site, which will enable you to manually upgdate these hires.
