To start the software on the Symbol MCxx,
click on the start menu, then programs and select the EclScanIF icon 
A screen will be displayed on the MCxx showing asking you to enter the registration code.
A seven digit number will be displayed that you will need to send to support@navigator.co.uk in order to receive the registration code for the device.
The registration code is locked to an individual MC50/70 and should be kept safely. In the event that the scanner's battery becomes completely discharged, the code can be reused to activate the software on that scanner.
Once you have received the code from support
enter it into the box at the bottom of the screen and click on the ok button.
to bring up the on screen keyboard press the keyboard icon at the bottom of the screen
This launches the keyboard
to close the keyboard press the icon again
The program is now activated and ready for use.
