The Usage tab gives you a snapshot of the utilization of your equipment including the amount of revenue generated during the previous 365 days. This information is taken from the equipment lists that have been created for the last year and includes any archived jobs. For more detailed information, you should use the Advanced Usage Utility as part of the Eclipse Toolbox. To view your equipment utilization simply click on the usage tab on the types page of the Equipment Book.
Before Printing the associated usage report, it is important to press the Update Usage Report button, which will then prepare the database table for printing the report.
You may at any point update the usage calculations by pressing the Refresh Usage button.
