The Multi-Edit function allows a user to select several types of equipment and make changes to several different fields at the same time. This is useful when you are creating new categories and want to reassign many different types to the new category.
NOTE: Great care must be taken when using the Multi-Edit function as there is no cancel or undo function.
To Use the Multi-edit function, click on the multi-edit tab on the types page of the equipment book.
Select the types of equipment by right clicking on the types of equipment you wish to edit. The description of the type will appear in the Selected window. If needed, you can filter your types by category and press the Add All button to add all of the types in the types description window. If no filter is set, and the Add All button is pressed, All equipment in your inventory will be selected.
Once you have your equipment types selected, enter the information you wish to be changed such as category, pricing, dimensions, discount or location. After everything is ready, press the Apply Changes button. Once you have completed the changes, press the Clear Selection button.
