Transferring Stock from the Equipment Book as a move
The process of moving equipment from one site to another without working through a job transfer or a loan in/out may be accomplished in the equipment book. A user must be given access to the transfer function to accomplish this task.
Once pressesd, you will be prompted to the quantity and which site you wish to transfer equipment.
You will only be allowed to transfer a maximum quantity of non barcoded stock items.
To Transfer barcoded stock:
Select an owner for each barcode:
To Transfer several barcodes at the same time
1. Select the barcodes using a right click of the barcode grid. This will add each barcode to the Multi-Edit Select Window.
A confirmation window will appear:
This will result in entries in the stock audit trail:
