At least cnce a day the system reconciliation needs to be run. You will be prompted with a message like this:
This prompt will occur at a specified time. Once any user selects Yes, it will not run again until the next day. If you press no, the message will continue to appear until any user Selects Yes.
What it does
The system reconciliation will sort through all of your equipment lists and calculate how many of your consumable types have been checked out and checked in. It will then adjust your consumable stock levels (the quantity owned) to the appropriate level.
