SubHires List

The SubHires Lists tab of the Hire Book displays all Subhire lists for a specified date range. The default start date will be today's date, and the default end date is 14 days from today's date. It is easy to change this date range by selecting from the calendars in the header.

Multi-site Users: If you have been granted access, you may select the Warehouse of any site to view their lists of equipment lists from the Site Drop Down Window.
A Filter by Job Type is provided to view all the equipment lists that are assigned to a job of the selected type, such as Dry Hires.
A Filter by Equipment List Status is provided to display the equipment lists with a selected status or higher.
A Sort By Function is provided to quickly arrange your Equipment Lists in an order that is most useful.

·	Once any filter has been set or a date range has been changed, you may press the Update button.

·	To open a specific equipment list simply double click the equipment list or press the open button.

·	To open the Job Book of the selected equipment list, press the Open Job button.

·	To create a new Subhire, press the Add New button and then select the Job for which you wish to create the subhire. Once the subhire is created, enter your data. Click here to learn how to enter subhire data
