When you have created scheduled invoices in the Invoice module, the schedule will appear in the job diary. When it is time to raise those invoices, they will also appear in the Accounts Book under the scheduled invoices page. Any user that has access to the Accounts Book will also receive a message:
This message will continue to appear until someone raises the scheduled invoices.

Shown is a listing of all scheduled invoices which need to be raised
Select the invoices you wish to raise by clicking your mouse on the Selected checkbox.

If you press yes, then each invoice will open in it's own window. you may then edit or print the invoice.
If you press no, then the invoice will be created, but will immediately close. If you need to edit an invoice, you would need to do so from the Invoices page of the Accounts Book.
