Returning Equipment to Origin Site

At some point, the equipment may be returned to it's origin site. By setting the status to RETURNED, the equipment is no longer available in the destination site, however it is also not available in the origin site until it has been received and had the status set to COMPLETED. To return the equipment, open the Loans In Window of the destination site and pick the site to return the equipment:



Change the status on each line, or to change several lines at the same time by selecting the lines and choosing a new status from the Change Status... window. You may also scan ANY ONE of the barcodes for that type, and the status for that line will changed to Returned, indicating that all barcodes have been Returned.


As part of dispatching equipment, you may wish to add shipping information to your order. To add the shipping information, you may enter the information on a line by line basis or you can select several lines and select the shipping information in the header:



After you have entered your shipping notes, press the button and the notes are added to each line.

NOTE: The shipping information that was entered when the equipment was shipped will be overwritten.
