On an equipment list, a user can specify a specific barcoded item as being reserved for this specific equipment list. Once the type has been selected, click on the reserved columns and select the barcode you wish to reserve. This barcode will not be available for scanning on any equipment list between the out and back dates.
To view previously reserved barcodes, press the View Reserved Barcodes button as shown above. Barcodes that have been checked out on existing equipment lists will not appear in this view.
A barcode highlighted with a red background (as shown) indicates the barcode is part of a composite and therefore will make the entire composite kit unavailable.
