If you attempt to transfer equipment from another location, you will need that location's permission to transfer the equipment. When a request is made, the default status level is Request. This is similar to the quote status in an equipment list as this request will not affect availability of the requested equipment. The location that is the owner of the equipment may review the list of requested equipment from each site and then decide to allow the transfer or deny the transfer. The Loans In/Out windows are dynamic and provide a current list of equipment that has been transferred to other locations.
To request a transfer of equipment from another site, Open the LOANS IN Book from the Multisite Navigator:
3. Select the Location from where you wish to transfer equipment:
4. Enter the Qty Requested and click on the description field for that line:
5. Use the Popstock to select your equipment (See Popstock for instructions)
