Reports are simply printed forms from which information that has been entered into HireTrack is displayed. These forms can include the raw data that has been entered into HireTrack or it can also be calculations that are made using the raw data. It is important to remember that there is a finite amount of information stored in HireTrack, however, there is an infinite number of ways that the information may be displayed.
HireTrack Eclipse forms are created, formatted and generated using Crystal Reports made by Business Objects.
NOTE:
HireTrack Eclipse includes the Crystal Reports Print Engine with it's installation. This program simply reads the data, performs calculations and generates the printed form. You will need to secure a copy of the Crystal Reports Report Designer program in order to alter the format, change the design or create new reports. Reports have been created and formatted in versions 8.5 and 9.0.
Reports can be printed, e-mailed, inserted into Word, or exported.
