Once equipment has been dispatched, it must be received into the destination site before the availability of the equipment is altered in the destination site. To receive equipment, you would access it through the Loans In Book of the Multi-site Navigator.
Select the site from which you wish to review equipment. You may change the status line by line for each received equipment. You may also scan ANY ONE of the barcodes for that type, and the status for that line will changed to Received, indicating that all barcodes have been recieved.
To Change the status of several lines of equipment at the same time, select the lines using the select column, and from the Change status... window, select the status you wish.
