Popstock Reminders & Aliases

The Reminders & Alias Tab displays a list of optional equipment that may be taken out with the selected equipment. If the selected equipment is an alias (indicated with green background), then the components of the alias are displayed in this window.

To select a reminders item to be added to the hire list with the main component, click your mouse in the select box as shown above. If you need more or less than the suggested quantity, then enter the number you need in the Adjust column. Press the

button, and the selected type, along with it's reminders will be added to your equipment list. If any reminders have been set as required in the reminders tab of the equipment book, the select box will already be checked. Reminders can also be set as charge/no charge on this page.

Bind Reminders
When a reminder is chosen and placed on an equipment list, the reminder is assigned to it's assigned category on an equipment list. However, there may be instances when a user wishes for the reminder to appear immediately following the main selection on the equipment list, in other words to "bind" it to the main selection. Therefore, the reminder must temporarily be assigned to the category of the main selection. By checking the "Bind Reminders" checkbox, all reminders selected to be added to the equipment list will be temporarily assigned to that category for that specific equipment list and will appear on all printouts directly below the main selection.
