| · | Add New provides a user the opportunity to add a new type of equipment if it is not already in the equipment book.

| · | Q - The Q column is used in conjunction with the Multi-Select mode. In this mode, a user simply enters the quantity of equipment needed for the order and then arrows down or searches for a different type of equipment.

| · | Description - A description of the equipment.

| · | Own - How many are owned by your company. For multi-site users, this is the qty owned by your location.
|
| · | Avail - Displays the quantity available between the equipment list's date out and date back.
|
| · | Typecode - Displays the typecode of the equipment type, which may also be used to search.

| · | Daily - The daily rate of the type of equipment chosen depending which currency.
