A user that has been configured as a Supervisor in the HireTrack Eclipse Configuration Utility has the ability to "Lock" a job so that the job cannot be edited and is read only. This locked job may not be changed from any of the other books unless the job is unlocked by any supervisor.
To lock a job, press the pad lock in the Job Book Toolbar. 
You will then be prompted to change the status of any equipment lists. Once selected, the job will be marked as locked and indicated by the padlock being highlighted:

will appear on the General Page of the Job Book. You will not be able to edit any part of the job unless the job is unlocked by a supervisor.
