The Jobs Tab of the Accounts Book displays all the financial information related to all your jobs (archived & un-archived) that have been entered into HireTrack.



A listing of all jobs appears in the Jobs grid. To understand the information:
·Red Text - Indicates the Job is a Global Job.  
·Italics Text indicates the Job is Archived.  
·A coloured background indicates the Job has been invoiced.  
·A white background indicates the Job has not been invoiced.  
·A salmon coloured background indicates the Job has been invoiced, but the status is less than confirmed.  

Located across the top are filters which allow the user to display pertinent information. You may wish to see all the Jobs for a specific customer or a specific handler. The filter for status will display the jobs with a status of equal to and greater than the selected status.

Once filters may have been set above, a second set of filters allows the user to view the Jobs which have not been invoiced or to select the jobs that have not been invoiced.

Once you have selected a job, In the lower left grid you will see a list of all invoices raised for that currently highlighted job. On the right will be a list of all purchases raised for the currently selected job. In the middle will be the Gross Profit of that job. (Revenue less expenses)

Double click on any Job Reference and the Job will open to the selected job. Double click on any of the invoices, or purchase orders and HireTrack will open that form.

From this list you may print the filtered jobs list, which will print all the financial information for the selected (or filtered) jobs. You can also print a list of invoices or purchases listed by Job.
