The dates that are entered on the General Page of the Job Book represent the entire length of the job. Whilst equipment, crew and transport may occur at different times, those dates should fall within the date range of the dates selected for the entire job as shown:
To enter the start and back dates, select them from the calendars. By default, the first AM box will display 3:00 A.M., the second AM box will display 9:00 A.M. The first PM box will display 15:00 (3:00 P.M.) and the second PM box will display 21:00 (9:00 P.M.). These default times may be changed by selecting the rules page of the HireTrack Eclipse Configuration Utility.
The Date Out should not be set to a date after the date back. If this occurs, when you exit the general page of the job book, you will be shown an error message:
