The Handler of a job is the person in your organization that is responsible for that job. In some companies, the handler will be the person that creates the job and coordinates the job. Some organizations will use a salesman to create the job, and then another person will manage or handle the job. The handler should be selected from the drop down list of handlers.
Handlers names in grey italics are inactive handlers and may not be selected as handlers. It is not possible to delete handlers in HireTrack Eclipse as that handlers history of jobs would be lost. A handler deletion tool is available, which will move the inactive handlers jobs to another active handler, and then delete the inactive handler from the list of handlers.
