You may determine the sorting order of your equipment on your printed forms by using the wide variety of sorting functions. Sorting values may be used on Master Categories, Categories and Types.
To arrange the sorting order of Master Categories:
Simply enter the number in the Sort Order column. It is possible to enter the same number twice, so please press the Sort Order column header to insure no duplicate numbers are entered.
To arrange the sorting order of Categories:
Select a Master Category from the Drop Down Menu as shown:
Button: 
Open, which will then display a list of categories assigned to the selected Master Category. Drag the categories into the order which you wish them to be displayed on printouts.
To arrange the sorting of Types:
Select a Category from the Drop Down Menu as shown:
Button: Open, which will then display a list of Types assigned to the selected Category. Drag the types into the order which you wish them to be displayed on printouts.
