Equipment Lists

|
| Deliver To | This is the Venue or Delivery Information for this specific Equipment List. The "deliver to:" will default to the client selected from the General Page of the Job Book.

| We Deliver | Information about the outgoing transport of this specific equipment list.
|
| Pickup | Information about the returning transport of this specific equipment list.
|
| Paid | Information about the status of this equipment list.
|
| Palm Ref | A unique number used for the Palm barcode scanners to check out/in equipment.
|
| Eql Ref | This is the Equipment List Number.
|
| Title | This is a title used to identify the equipment list. You may change the title of the equipment list. The default is the Job Name plus the Equipment List Number.

| Due Out | A critical piece of information, this is the date and time that HireTrack will use to calculate availability of the equipment. You should consider it as the time when the equipment will be unavailable for hire.
|
| Back | A critical piece of information, this is the date and time that HireTrack will use to calculate availability of the equipment. You should consider it as the time when the equipment will be unavailable for hire.
|
| Setup | Information for when this equipment will be setup.
|
| Show | Information for when this equipment will be used in show.
|
| Strike/De-Rig | Information for when this equipment will be removed from the venue.
|
| Display | Displays availability of equipment for various conditions.
|
| Sort | Displays the sort order of the equipment on the screen.
|
| Site/Return Site | Only available in multi-site mode, this determines the warehouse origination of this list and the return site of the equipment list.
|
| Mode | Used by the barcode scanner to either check in or check out equipment.
|
| Barcode | Used for manual entry of barcodes.
|
| Disc | An overall discount applied to this equipment list.
|
| Price Grp | The Pricing Structure and/or Currency used for this hire list.
|
| Hire Days | The number of hire days for this equipment list. Calculated from the Due Out and Back dates, this number is editable to allow flexibility in pricing.
|
| Price Lock | Price Lock will lock the overall price so additional equipment may be added at no charge.
|
| Eq. | The total price of all equipment after a discount has been applied.
|
| Addn | Additional Charges for types that have been set as a percentages of the equipment total.
|
| Total | The total of Eq. plus additional charge (no taxes included).
|
|
|
| Q | This is the quantity required for this equipment list.
|
| Description | This the equipment type requested. It is selected through use of the Popstock window.
|
| Out | This is how many were actually sent out. When a number larger than 0 is entered in any line of the equipment list, the status will change to Active.
|
| Back | This is how many were actually returned.
|
| Res | This Reserved column is drop down window to request a specific barcoded item.
|
| HPAv | This is the quantity of equipment available after your request on this specific list.
|
| Price | This is the price to be charged based on the number of hire days and the price scheme of this type of equipment. This number is editable and may be changed as needed.
|
| % Disc | This the percentage of discount applied to this line.
|
| Bar | This is a drop down window which displays the barcodes of the items actually sent. When scanning out of equipment occurs, an entry of the barcode number is made here and the out column is incremented by one.
|
| Case | This provides an area to enter a case number of where this equipment has been placed. Doing so provides HireTrack with the ability to print box lists.
|
| Notes | This provides a window with which you may enter notes about this specific equipment.
