The Diary module reads HireTrack information from the Job and Planner Books in a daily scheduled format. All Confirmed or Provisional (HP) Equipment Lists, every Transport and Crew request and allocation, and every Subhire collection or return, can be viewed in a controllable / filtered daily display.
All the information appears in the time line format starting from earliest to latest. You may filter the information based on what you need to see. Simply press the buttons located in the left hand panel and press the Refresh button.
To move forward or backwards by a day, you may press 
to move forward by a day or 
to move backwards by a day.
You can also view an entire month and select a single day by pressing the 
button:
This grid shows a monthly planner. You can then select any date you desire, which can then be viewed in further detail.
The colored blocks correspond with the relevant events as shown on the display panel. For example a blue block means that one or more equipment lists will be departing on that day. A yellow box indicates that one or more equipment lists will be returning on that day.
A grey box indicates a national holiday as configured when HireTrack Eclipse was installed.
