Diary Alarms

The Diary Module can also generate Private, Individual, and Global Alarms.

A Global Alarm will be seen by ALL users when upon opening the diary module.

An Individual Alarm will only be seen by the user for which the alarm has been created. Other users may be able to view this alarm by selecting

A Private Alarm can only be seen by the user that created the private alarm.

Double click on the time line where you want the Alarm to appear
Confirm the creation of the alarm.

Select the type of Alarm or Event Type you are creating.
Select the User.
Type in the information in the Notes page.
Un-tick the box

to turn on the alarm.

The event will now appear at the selected time.
Once an alarm has been activated, HireTrack will discreetly show an icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen.

There is no audio or popup, which shows you the alarm, only the clock icon. To view the alarm, hold your pointer over the clock and all activated alarms will appear. To shut off an alarm, go the alarm and select
