Delivery Information

When an Equipment List is created, the Venue or Delivery Information is set to the client on the General Page of the Job Book. However, no address information is entered. The user has the option of:
·Manually entering address information by clicking your cursor into any of the address fields. Information that is entered using this method is not updated in the address book, and is only stored in the selected equipment list.  
·Selecting a different company. This is done by clicking on the client name in the delivery information, which will open the Smart Find Window. Select a different company, or create a new company which is then stored in the address book.  
·Double Click your mouse in any of the Address Fields and the selected company's delivery address will be filled into the address fields.  


To view or edit the venue information for the selected company, press the deliver to button:

Tabs located across the bottom allow the entry of information for many different types of information.
