Available as Crew
If a user has been given supervisor status in the configuration utility, you may select this person as being available as a crew person. This will allow this person to be allocated to crew requests that are made in the Job Book. These allocations are made in the Crew Planner, or from the Crew tab of the Job Book
Can be Job Handler
If a user has been given supervisor status in the configuration utility, you may select this person as being a Job Handler. This will add the persons name to the handler drop down window in the Job Book so this person may be selected as the handler of a specific job. It is important that you enter your employees names in the address book before they can be added to the handlers list.
Rates
If a user has been granted access to the Crew Pay in the configuration utility, you may add in their pay rates. Users that have have not been granted access to the Crew Pay will have this information suppressed.
