You will need to create your locations and then define the information about these sites. In the single site version of HireTrack this is done in the equipment book. However, for the multi-site version, this will be done under the multi-site action bar. If you are converting from single site to multisite, the locations created in single site will no longer be valid. You may require some assistance from our technical support staff to successfully make the conversion.
To create your warehouse locations:

3. A New ID number will be created, then enter a name in the Description Field. Make a note of the ID numbers for each location as these will be used later in configuring your user.

Once your locations are created, you will then need to configure your address information for each site. Go to the tab labeled Site Configuration:
Select your Location by using the
and enter your address information for that location. You may also wish to configure your numbering schemes for each location. A suffix or preifx will be added to delineate from which location the document was created. Once you have set your information, press the
or the
button. If you make a mistake, press the
button.
