If you are opening the job book for the first time, you will find a job has already been created. Do not delete this job, as this provides base information for many of the data tables. You will notice the date is set to 1996, so information in this job will not interfere with any current job you are entering.
Great care should be considered before creating a new job. Many times, first time users will create many new jobs with blank information, which can clutter your jobs folder.
To create a new job simply push the icon:
A new job is created and a new job reference number is generated in sequential order.
If you try to create a job while on any other tab than the General Tab, you will be prompted to confirm that you wish to create a new job
When creating a new job, the currently logged in user's name and the creation date of the job will appear in the header.
