Entering New Job in the Multi-site version is similar to entering a new Job in the Single Site version of HireTrack. However, there are some new windows which will appear in various locations. On the General page of the Job Book you will notice in the upper right hand corner of the Job Book, there is a new window for selecting the originating site of this job. HireTrack will automatically default the Job Location to the location for which you are logged in. If the job is to originate from a different location, you will have the option of changing the location of the job to another site, however, this site cannot be changed once you begin entering equipment or other elements of the job. NOTE: The Job Number will use the prefix/suffix of the location for which you are logged in, even if you change the site of the job to originate from another site. This is done to indicate that even though the job is originating in location 2, the creator of the job was from site 1.
