You may have a run of sequential barcode numbers which get applied to the same type of equipment. To save time, entering or scanning the numbers, the Clone barcode will create a new record and sequentially number your barcodes. So if you enter barcode CD-12345, and you press the clone button, the create barcode will be CD-12346, and so forth.
To clone a single barcode:
Enter your first barcode as described on the Items Page.
Press the 
Clone Item Button.
Your record is duplicated and the next sequential number is used.
To clone a quantity of barcodes:
Enter your first barcode as described on the Items Page.
Right Click on the Clone Item Button.
Enter the quantity of barcodes you wish to clone. Press 
Your record is duplicated by the quantity and the numbers are sequentially created.
