The Clip Book has been designed to allow each user to quickly access work in progress. Typically, the user uses the Job Navigator to search for his or her jobs and begin editing. However, this can take time, especially when having to repeatedly access the same job. Each user has his or her own Clip Book with which to store work in progress. Wherever a user logs in, their Clip Book will follow them and allow quick access.

Create a Clip Link
First, you must create a Clip Link to an existing Job, Equipment List, Invoice or Purchase Order. To create a Clip Link, you must open a Job, Equipment List, Invoice or Purchase Order.
button: Clip Link. Click your mouse on the paper clip icon and Drag the Clip Link onto the header of the job, Equipment List, PO or Invoice. Release your mouse button.

Enter a description of this clip link, or press the OK button to keep a blank description. You have now created a Clip Link.
   
Using the Clip Book
Once the Clip Link has been created you will be able to quickly access this job from the Clip Book. Some Users will find it useful to leave the Clip Book open in the Background
To use the Clip Book:
icon: Clip Book

The users name will appear in the title bar.
The Clip Book will display all of the Clip Links.
To open one of the Clip Links, right click the highlighted link and select open Job or Open Invoice

To Remove a Link, right click on the highlighted link and select Remove from Clip Book

You will need to confirm the deletion of the Clip Link

To change the order of the Links, Click on the Link and drag it to it's new position.
