The Client Account Statuses and Insurance Information appears on the General Page of the Job and is helpful information for customer relationships. If there are issues with the account, the Account Status will appear in red:
If the Account is in danger of being Put on Hold, the Account Status will appear in Orange:
If everything is acceptable with the users account, no colors will appear:
A rule setting in the Configuration Utility may set a default account status for new companies when their information is entered into HireTrack.
By pressing the Accounts Info button, the user will be taken to the accounts setup page of the accounts book to review the accounts information. If the user has not been granted access to the accounts book, this information will appear as view only and is not editable.
