When equipment returns to your warehouse, you should count all the pieces to make sure the customer has returned the equipment. You will need to enter this information into HireTrack in order to update the availability of the equipment. If equipment has not been returned by the Back date, the equipment is then placed on the late returns list, and becomes unavailable for the next 24 hours.

The process of checking in your equipment may involve scanning your barcodes or typecodes, or it may be done entering the number of units that have been requested in the Back column on the equipment list.

To check out equipment, you will need to make sure the Out button is depressed  

1.Enter a quantity in the Out column (as shown)  
2.Either scan a typecode or type a typecode into the Barcode field. You may either type the typecode, a comma, and then the quantity (as shown) or you may enter the typecode in the Barcode field, and then you will be prompted to enter a quantity:  

3.Right click all the types you wish to checkout to select them (the background will change to cyan as shown). You may also go to the menu and choose "Select All" to select all of the equipment on the list. When you have selected your equipment, go to the menu:
