HireTrack also includes security features. If your company uses these security features, you may find that access some parts of the system will be limited to selected users. If you try to open a Book containing a page to which you do not have access, a message Access Denied may be displayed for each protected page. HireTrack will then display the first page in the Book to which you do have access.
The current user is chosen by selecting the user-name for the current user from the User menu.
Each User has their own password and access can be allowed or denied for each page of each Book. When the program is first started, the current user defaults to !Default. If you have not set up any users, you can still access the system by selecting the System user and entering the password HireTrack (Case Sensitive).
Users are set up in the HireTrack Eclipse Configuration Utility program. After a user logs on, another user can take over the session using the Users option on the main menu.
If you accidentally choose another user with the Users option, you can return to the main menu by pressing 
in the password box three times.
