Adding Equipment to a List

The Lower Grid of the Equipment List displays information about which equipment has been selected for your order. This display is controlled by buttons located in the header.

Q
The quantity required for this equipment list
Description
The equipment type requested. It is selected through use of the Popstock window
Out
How many were actually sent.
Back
How many were actually returned.
Res
Use this column to request a specific item by barcode.
Sub
How many units were subhired for this order.
HPAv/ConAv/PreAv
The quantity available after your request on this list. This column is controlled by the Av Display in the header. A popup window is provided, which displays all other movements for the selected type. A user may also click here to view other movements for that type of equipment during the same time period as the equipment list.

Price
The price to be charged based on the number of hire days and the price scheme of this type of equipment.
% Disc
The percentage of discount applied to this line.
Bar
A drop down window which displays the barcodes of the items actually sent out. A popup window is available to display the barcodes that have been scanned.
Case
Provides an area to enter the case number of where this equipment has been placed.
Notes
Provides a window with which you may enter notes about this specific line of equipment. Double click the Memo field to open the notes display. If a note has been entered in the field, it will appear in blue. If you click the Notes Header, the notes will appear in the Notes column.
Site
(Multi-Site Users Only)Displays from which warehouse this line of equipment will ship.
